The Healthy Female Project?
We created The Healthy Female project to provide a safe space for women to come and feel educated and empowered to make their own decisions about their bodies. Living in a world that's fast-paced and sometimes demanding can feel overwhelming and stressful. We feel that women don't get enough support and grace during each stage of life and we are here to change that.
We want to be your community.
Whatever stage of life you are in, we are here to support you. Whether you're here to learn more about your menstrual cycle, pre-conception health, postpartum, menopause, or just how to live a toxin-free and healthy life - we want you to be a part of our community! We are here for it.

Through health challenges of my own, I developed a strong passion for helping women feel their best through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
I live in Fort Wayne, IN with my husband, Colin preparing for our future babies focusing on creating a healthy home environment and fertile bodies.
I enjoy meeting women in group settings and one-on-one. I love hearing each woman’s unique story and supporting her on her personal health journey.

I’m one of the co-founders of The Healthy Female Project! I love being active, going on adventures and surrounding myself with positive people.
My passion is helping people learn how to fuel their bodies. I have my master's degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine, so in other words I'm a real food-ist.
I love teaching people the importance of reading labels and eating real food that fuels their body so that you can feel your best
